His skills range from detailed inspection to thorough photo documentation to writing clear inspection reports. Building Inspector certified by both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #247704) and the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). Also a disaster inspector certified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Previously a member of the American Institute of Inspectors (AII).

Owner/President of Apex Home Inspection since its inception in 1999. Lead inspector on over 2000 residential and commercial inspections.

Hands-on construction, working with various builders and craftsmen in the fields of roofing, plumbing, framing, and all aspects of remodeling. Also served on the board of The Aromas Community Center Foundation, a non-profit foundation, during the planning of a 16-acre community center in Aromas, California.
