Daniel Alcocer - Inspector/Consultant I |
Daniel Alcocer joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc. in 2008. Current duties include conducting site inspections, analyzing blueprints, writing reports, preparing cost of repair estimates, investigating and reporting on both Plaintiff and Defendant cases, investigative testing, and code compliance research. Skills range from thorough inspection to writing clear inspection reports to producing detailed scopes of repair. Mr. Alcocer also provides on-site quality assurance and repair designs
to property owners and contractors. California Contractor License #928658, Class BGeneral Building. International Code Council (ICC) Certified California Residential Building Inspector, Certified California Commercial Building Inspector, and Certified California Residential Plumbing Inspector #8033883-J1/I1/J3.

Advance Construction Technology, Inc. (04/2006-07/2008) - Production Manager/Project Manager. Analyzed blue prints, specifications, production schedules. Produced scopes of work and proposals. Administered subcontracts. Coordinated various phases of construction. Performed and supervised work in plumbing, electrical, concrete, and framing of single and multi-unit dwellings. Procurement of construction project permits from local jurisdictions. Met with architects and engineers for various project needs and with building officials for permit sign-offs. Organized accumulated information and documented accordingly for re-construction cases.
Fehr Construction (11/2003-04/2006) - Carpenter/Foreman. Executed and supervised all aspects of rough framing, fire-resistive construction, and finish carpentry of custom homes.
