Lisa Ellis - General Manager |
Lisa Ellis joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc. in 1994. From 1995 to 2006, she investigated and reported on both Plaintiff and Defendant cases, including site inspections, responsibility allocation, construction cost estimating, and research projects. Ms. Ellis has participated in over 200 construction analysis projects. She has acted as Owner's Representative on various post-litigation repairs, including a $1.5M structural retrofit and remodel, and a $0.5M window and stucco replacement project. She holds a current Class B General Building Contractor License (#834959), and is a Certified Building Inspector (International Code Council No. 1140835-10).
Ms. Ellis has also contributed significantly with her managerial skills to expanding Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc. Staff and revenue have more than quadrupled since 1995. In 2006, Ms. Ellis was formally promoted to General Manager. She continues to train other Inspector/Consultants, and to assist as needed on consulting cases.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Lyntrak Construction Co, Inc. (1993-1995) - Cost estimation using in-house take-offs and subcontractor bids. Administered subcontracts. Project Close-Out: obtained final sign-off on permits, produced Operation Manuals, addressed all incoming warranty work requests.
Supplier Solutions (1992, 8/94-10/95) - California State Employment Training Programs (ETP) administration. State inspections of client sites. Presented all required compliance reports and invoices to the State Monitor. Developed job training curricula.
