Barb Mummey joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc., in 1998. Clients may contact her with questions regarding our fees, retainers, billings, and accounts receivable or payable. She also manages a variety of other duties for us, including payroll, taxes, employee benefits, and assisting with company procedural documentation and administrative training.

Désirée Eli joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc., in 2007. Current duties include front office administration, calendaring for the CEO and Consultants, job file management, assisting with correspondence, research, and report production. Clients may contact her for appointment scheduling, general inquiries, and to relate information to the Consultants, as she is familiar with all of our current cases. Ms. Eli supports the CEO, as well as the Inspector/Consultants, in a multitude of ways throughout the duration of a job.

Sean Watt joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc., in 2008. Current duties include front office administration, as well as all IT, general computer, and office equipment repair and maintenance. He also assists with production of MFC documents, reports, and nearly all outbound publishing. Mr. Watt is also called upon to assist with site inspections.
