Micah Rodler - Inspector/Consultant I |
Micah Rodler joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc. in 2008. Current duties include conducting site inspections, analyzing blueprints, writing reports, preparing cost of repair estimates, investigating and reporting on both Plaintiff and Defendant cases, investigative testing, construction cost estimation, and research projects. Skills range from thorough inspection to writing clear inspection reports to producing detailed scopes of repair. Mr. Rodler also provides on-site quality assurance, repair designs, and waterproofing specifications to property owners and contractors. California Contractor License #863212, Class BGeneral Building. International Code Council Certified California Residential Building Inspector, #8033884-J1. Certified EPA Lead Renovator, #R-I-18909-10- 02903.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Confluence Construction (2006-2008) - General Contractor/Owner. Completed various remodeling projects in the Santa Cruz Area. Hands-on construction in the fields of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and all aspects of remodeling. Management tasks included estimating and bidding, planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects from start to finish, procuring permits, passing inspections, and assuring clients’ satisfaction.
JMB Construction (2000-2006) - Carpenter/Project Manager. Assisted in the hands-on construction of custom homes from the foundation to finish. Project Management tasks including lead crews on site, cost estimating, bidding, planning, scheduling, tracking of projects from start to finish, and obtained final sign-off of permits.
