Micah Rodler joined Myles F. Corcoran Construction Consulting, Inc., in 2008. Current duties include: investigating and reporting on both Plaintiff and Defendant cases, including giving expert testimony in depositions and in court; conducting thorough site inspections with photo documentation; leading investigative testing; writing clear reports; preparing repair scopes and cost estimates; providing on-site quality assurance; and acting as owner representative during construction. His hands-on construction experience, technical training, and construction materials research strengthen his inspections, reports, scopes of repair, and waterproofing designs and specifications. Certified EPA Lead Renovator, #R-I-18909-10-02903, from 2010 through 2016. California Contractor License #863212, Class B General Building. International Code Council (ICC) Certified California Residential Building Inspector, #8033884-J1.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

Confluence Construction (2006-2008) – General Contractor/Owner. Completed various remodeling projects in the Santa Cruz Area. Hands-on construction in the fields of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and all aspects of remodeling. Management tasks included estimating and bidding, planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects from start to finish, procuring permits, passing inspections, and assuring clients’ satisfaction.

JMB Construction (2000-2005) – Carpenter/Project Manager. Assisted in the hands-on construction of custom homes from the foundation to finish. Project Management tasks including lead crews on site, cost estimating, bidding, planning, scheduling, tracking of projects from start to finish, and obtained final sign-off of permits.
